To ensure the highest level of service possible, ONETECH invests in training and evaluating its agents. Prior to taking a call, new agents must complete four weeks of general training, which covers:
In addition, client specific training is provided to ensure that our agents are familiar with your properties, amenities at each property, and their locations. Prior to completing training, our agents must complete one week of side-by-side calls with senior agents. All agents participate in quarterly refresher training that includes changes in laws, policy, and system features or enhancements.
