Please note: Issues regarding connecting to the internet, maintaining a constant
connection and connection speed are ultimately the responsibility of the customer
and its Internet Service Provider.
Yes! Your reservation and accounting data is stored in a secure computer facility
complete with redundant connections to the Internet, 24-hour monitoring and diesel-powered
electrical backup. To prevent loss of data due to computer failure, this information
is continually backed-up to secondary systems.
Onetech Solution has also gone to great lengths to ensure your data is safe from hacking
and other intruders. With our secure Virtual Private network (VPN) connection to each machine
you can rest easy knowing that your information is a secure as it can be. Onetech Solution
has also certified with the Payment Card Industry.
Computer problems: No problem, simply move to another computer, call 888.229.3550 and we can have you
up and running again in under 15 minutes. Since Onetech Solution PMS does not actually run on your
computers, no information will be lost if your computer experiences problems.
Internet problems: We recommend that you set-up an alternate method of connecting to the Internet
such as another high speed connection through an alternate provider.
